We believe one of the biggest barriers to successful Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB) initiatives is that they are weighted with too much of an external focus.
We believe that successful DEIB initiatives, specifically Creating Belonging, starts with a high level of self-awareness, quickly moving into an imperative to radically accept others.
Our unique model focuses on creating the right balance of Authenticity and Acceptance for every individual in a Community, leading to optimal outcomes in Creating Belonging.
